This is my first Harley I have dealt with Denali on other bikes in the past but for this being my first Harley the experience was a loving family welcoming by them and there staff they are amazing helpful and non pressing or in a hurry they are willing to spend the time and make sure you are buying the right bike that fits you they answer all questions and never seem annoyed by all of your questions they give you the sense of becoming part of the family with them and show just as much excitement about it as you the buyer are I would do business with them again for sure

Dean was awesome. He spent alot of time making sure he got me the bike that I wanted , at a monthly payment I was happy with, and he sold me the bike well under the current market value.
These guys are all awesome at kphd! They got a great deal on my bike when they bought it , and passed the savings onto me. They're nothing like used car salesmen. They want everyone to come out of the deal happy. Also, I didn't have a license , so Dean put me through their class and got me on the road within a couple of days. Great overall experience and I'll continue going there for all my parts and serviceChristian Rodgers, Kenai, AKStore Location: Kenai Peninsula HD - Soldotna -

While shopping Online for Christmas goodies fer me Bride, I decided that I needed the assist of an able-minded Motor Clothes person. That person turned out to be Alena Bates and she is outstanding in her field! Seriously, she even called me back to make sure that I wanted 2 shirts, same design, different sizes. Funny, haha, I had looked all over the Lower 48 & should've checked with The H O H first, cuz they had them in all sizes! Thanks again, Alena, cuz you made my Bride's Christmas a whole bunch better.

I have a Victory cross country and I had my motorcycle dyno tune at a different dealer and was not happy with the work done. So I had the best dyno tuner in the state give it a shot and dam he knocked it out of the park!! I went from 107 HP and 109 torque to 114 hp and 116 torque with know new parts. To say I am very satisfied is a under statement. I have had the house of harley work on my ride before and they are the best, keep up the good work.

In 2009, in a simple phone conversation with my brother, he informed me of his cancer. I was working for an oil company up North. I was sitting at a job that had been delayed for a few days, but by the time my reflection of life was finished I picked up the cell phone. This moment was when I experienced "The House of Harley-Davidson." Life is way to short, live, love and ride. I purchased a Road King that had been customized in a Biker Build Off. The H.O.H employees had been the ones to create these art pieces from stock bikes. They did a great job! Since 2009, I have been connected with my bike, freedom to live, knowing that life is to short and the American experience includes Harley Davidson and the ride. My bike is an extension of my brother who beat cancer and lives to experience his own desires. The staff at "The Dream on Spenard" made my dream come true. Even though my salesman, and a few staff are gone now, their replacements understand the American way of life and the freedom that still lives on. Thanks Trever, Dillon, Amy and Joe. The staff is great and they have the spirit going on.Sincerely,James A. White

Anchorage HOH is a total and complete 5 STAR dealership. My sales associate Levi Johnson and finance and insurance associate Will Goodwin were the BEST. As well as all the other HOH associates I meet during my purchase of my Road King Classic.
I have and will continue to recommend Anchorage HOH to everybody I know and meet.
Thank you guys and gals for everything. Ride safe.

I would like to thank all the staff at the House of Harley. Johnny, Will and Fred made buying my new Ultra a breeze. The staffs dedication to help out was some of the best costumer service we have received. Thank you to all.

I currently have three Harleys all have been bought at the HOH. Sales staff is outstanding, very professional yet down to earth. They really seem to connect with the people even when they just stop in to see the Harley's & buy a tee shirt from Alaska. Hell they have sold me six Harleys. Seems like I spend more on parts than I do on the bikes, but it is easy as the parts people know what they have in stock & how to find what you need. Service has been great, if I have a problem they jump on it & I am well satisfied. So much so I have purchased a service contract with the last three bikes I've bought. The managers in each dept are the driving force that keep customers returning. Great Bikes Great People. Thanks for liking/loving what you do.

As you can see, I have been extremely happy with the people I have done business with at both the House and more recently at Denali Harley Davidson in the valley. So it is with regret that I am now conflicted about purchasing another new Harley Davidson. My first Ultra was a 2001 model that I traded in at around 75K. Electrical problems. My second Ultra was a 2007 that had a throttle glitch that was never solved. It would either idle too high or not idle at all. Then the stator died in its hot oil hell. I traded it for my current ride, a 2010 vivid black Ultra Classic. The 2010 Ultra has been a very nice ride for 50K miles except for the random dangerous problem it has of going into the "limp home" mode at the most inopportune times ie in rush hour Glenn Highway traffic. I complained about the problem many times while the bike was under regular warranty and extended warranty. Read online that I am not the only one having the problem. Finally, on March 21, 2015 I decided to take matters into my own hands and put some dielectric grease on the plug/pins where the harness plugs into the ECM. In the process I broke the part on the plug that snaps it into place. Stranded, the good folks at Denali came with their truck to haul my bike to the dealer where it still awaits parts on order. While I am at fault for breaking the part that needs replaced, I am not happy that the repair is taking so long because the part was not available and had to be ordered. The part is supposed to arrive April 3, and I have made it known that I want the bike back on April 4th. My complaint it not with Denali Harley Davidson shop. I am frustrated with the motor company for not addressing the "limp home" problem that seems to affect many 2010 bikes. It would have been nice to have the "limp home" problem solved while the bike was still in warranty. Which brings me to my conundrum. Reliability is important to me because I ride at least 10K miles per year. I don't think wheel bearings should fail at 13K miles. And I sure don't think a clutch bearing should fail at 50K miles, especially when I am diligent about following the service schedule. I understand normal wear and tear as the bike gets higher mileage but some of these problems are just flat annoying! And I believe that the motor company is at fault in this, not the Denali dealership. Would I buy another Ultra Classic? Not likely. I find myself longing for the reliability of my old 1998 Honda Valkyrie, the only bike I ever regretted selling. I wish I could say the same about all three Ultra Classics. I love them for the look and sound but don't trust them much when it comes to long term reliability.

I like to say for a dealership with not many employees you can't beat the service. From buying a bike to the parts department to all the way to the back where they work on your bike. What a great bunch of guys to work with. Thanks for everything you have done for me. Terry.
