To set up a service appointment, please call (907) 248-5300 or stop by the shop! The service department is located on the 1st floor at the House of Harley-Davidson® and we're open year round Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

There is no substitute for training and experience. Harley-Davidson® University provides current training only to qualified employees of a Harley-Davidson® dealership. We are happy to say that all of our service staff is current. Many of our parts personnel also participate in the service training - just to serve you better! If we don't have your answer, we'll find it!

What to do in the event of a mechanical breakdown

• Use all reasonable means to protect your motorcycle from further damage resulting from continued operation.
• Return your motorcycle to the selling dealer to determine the problem and cause of failure. If this is not possible, call the Service Center.
• Prior to having repairs performed under the terms of this contract, make sure you or the repair facility has received authorization from the Service Center.
